swap_horiz1. 7-Day Return for Faulty Items

If an item you bought does not turn on or does not work properly when you test it, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We will test the device at our Nairobi workshop and replace it immediately.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

• The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories (antennas, power adapters, screws, and manuals).
• The serial number and warranty sticker on the unit must be intact and readable.
• You must provide your receipt, order number, or M-Pesa transaction message as proof of purchase.

All our hardware is backed by genuine manufacturer warranty:

• CCTV Cameras & Recorders: 2 to 3 years warranty.
• Door Access Control Systems: 1 to 2 years warranty.
• Office Phones & PBX Systems: 1 to 2 years warranty.
• Network Switches & Routers: 1 year warranty.

If a unit fails within the warranty period due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it through the official service center.

block4. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by power surges, lightning, or unstable electricity without surge protectors.
• Physical damage, such as cracked lenses, broken screens, dropped items, or water damage on indoor devices.
• Items that have been opened or repaired by unauthorized technicians.
• Custom-cut cables or used software licenses.

payments5. How Refunds Are Paid

If a faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced with an identical model, we will issue a full refund. Refunds are sent via M-Pesa or bank transfer within 2 to 3 business days after the item has been inspected.
