35kg (77Lbs) holding force, DC12V (Customizable DC24V), 200mA±10%, Anodized hard plating (500-hour salt spray test report) casing, fail-safe operation.
The YLI YM-35 delivers 35kg (77Lbs) of static holding force designed for commercial access control. Built with high-strength anodized aluminum casing, zero residual magnetism, and 240-hour anti-corrosion salt spray certification.
Product Overview
YM-35 is a mini single door electric lock, it is designed for showcase, cabinet door and easy to install .
Why Buy This Product
Certified 35kg (77Lbs) Holding Force
Rigorously tested to resist up to 35kg (77Lbs) of direct pull force, providing impenetrable magnetic locking against forced intrusions.
Robotic Laser Welded Core
Built with robotic laser welding technology, offering 2 to 3 times superior impact resistance and torsional rigidity compared to standard castings.
Instant 0.5s Demagnetization
Integrated mechanical push-off pin and precision demagnetizing coil completely eliminate residual magnetism, preventing sticky door release.
240-Hour Salt Spray Protection
Multi-layer electroplating and anodized shell exceed 240-hour salt spray corrosion tests, guaranteeing rust-free operation for years.
Best for These Applications
Corporate Filing Cabinets
Securing sensitive accounting archives, personnel records, and executive document credenzas.
Jewelry & Retail Display Cases
Electronic access control for retail showcases containing luxury jewelry, watches, and phones.
Data Center Server Cabinets
Adding keycard or biometric locking to 19-inch IT network and telecommunications racks.
Pharmacy Drug Dispensaries
Restricting narcotics and prescription medicine drawers to authorized medical staff.
Key Advantages
- Zero Residual Magnetism Mechanism:An anti-residual magnetism kick-off pin and precision demagnetizing circuit discharge residual flux within 0.5s when power is cut, preventing door drag.
- UL94 V-0 Flame-Retardant Encapsulation:Electromagnet coils are encapsulated with American UL-certified fireproof resin, sealing out humidity, dust, and electrical breakdown risks.
- Integrated MOV Surge Suppression:Built-in metal-oxide varistor absorbs back-EMF inductive voltage spikes, protecting sensitive access controllers and power supply relays.
- Universal Bracket Hardware Compatibility:Engineered for seamless mounting with YLI MBK-series L-brackets, ZL-brackets for in-swing doors, and U-brackets for frameless glass doors.
